Vehicle or Trailer is not showing on the Drive app

ISSUE: Vehicle or Trailer is not showing on the Drive app.

Vehicle or Trailer is not showing in the Drive App
1. Check if the Godevice is communicating.
      a. check installation
      b. check harness / wire connections
      c. check if Go device LED lights are all On (red, green and blue)

2. If Go device is not communicating - apply troubleshooting steps

3. If Go device is working, check the Drive app if working properly.
      a. logged in to the right database?
      b. re-install the app
      c. check vehicle or trailer if added in the Vehicles and Assets list under built-in group (vehicle or trailer)
Image below shows only one (1) asset is listed under built-in group "vehicle"





Assign the device to n asset type group (Built-in Group Vehicle or Trailer).



Once Godevice ad Drive App is working, make sure your device is assigned to an asset type either vehicle or trailer, then you would see it in the drive app.
