Can I have a report to track the work time of my drivers based on login/logout activity?

  1. Go to Administration
  2. Click on Reports and select Report Views, Dashboard, or Emailed Reports. 
  3. Use the template attached to this article and import to your database under Add Excel File
  4. Under Statuses select Login/logout activity.
  5. The Date range should be Yesterday. 
  6. Refresh period should be Daily
  7. Save 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • This report will take the first log in and the last log out of the day, and calculate the work time based on this.
  • This report requires:
    • At least one login and one log out in the previous day. 
    • The first login is earlier than the last logout.
