MyGeotab - Change users from one group to another

This article explains how to change users from one group to another in MyGeotab.

Steps

      1. Login to Database
      2. Navigate to Rules and Groups > Groups

      3. Add new group " NAME IT" under the appropriate group

      4. Duplicate this tab, (right clicking on the current tab and then select the duplicate option) (Short Cut Alt + D then Alt + Enter)
      5. On the old tab use the group filter to select the associated users

      6. Find the same user name in the other tab which you duplicated, and select all the users one by one.
      7. To mass edit the users, Navigate to Administrator > Users. Select the data access as Add Group and select the Vancouver group.

      8. Process the same steps mentioned above for other groups.
