Compliance Report Add-in - Sending previous 14 days logs to an email
Introduction
Compliance Report add-in can be used for sending previous 14 day logs to anyone from drive app. This add-in can also be used by Canadian drivers to send the HOS logs to a Canadian DOT officer to an email
Steps:
- To install this add-in first step is to add the code to Mygeotab database. Copy and Paste the Below mentioned code on Customer's Mygeotab database
- Login to customer's Mygeotab database > Go to administration > System > System Settings
- Go to Add-ins > Click on New Add-in > Remove the default code and paste the below mentioned code > Click OK
- Click Save to Apply changes

- Or you can get the add-in code from Fleetdemo database (https://mypreview1.geotab.com/fleetdemo
- Login to fleetdemo database > Go to Administration > System > System Settings
- Go to Add-ins > Then Select Compliance and copy the code
- Login to customer's database and paste the code as mentioned in above steps
- Once the add-in is installed, an icon will be automatically created on the Drive app for the drivers associated with that Database
Drivers can send the HOS logs by following below mentioned steps:
- Login to Geotab Drive app > Go to dashboard > Click on Compliance Report
- Now, add your signature in the box provided for sign > Then Add email address to whom you want to send the HOS logs
- Click Send Email
