Driver facing Camera Issues - ZenduCam

Blurry camera/camera not showing on Trax

  1. Check for a secure connection between the main camera (KP1S or CP1) and the driver-facing camera. If there is no second camera that is detected, a solid red light will illuminate (review light status flow chart)

  2. Most times, there will be an extension cable between the main camera and the driver-facing camera. Ensure that this cable is not faulty by removing the extension cable, and trying a direct connection to the main camera

  3. No video continues to show with a direct connection, submit a ticket on the support portal outlining the troubleshooting steps that were taken. 

  4. If the camera is blurry, wipe the lens, and see if this helps. If it remains blurry, submit a ticket to support
