Electronic Log transfer error "Carrier's USDOT Number "

This error occurs when the driver or co-driver on the logs being transferred does not have a valid carrier number in their user settings (under the HOS tab).

Steps

Carrier number or DOT number can be added by following the below steps :
  1. Select Administration > Users
  2. Select appropriate user/driver
  3. Select HOS Settings
  4. Enter the driver's USDOT number (numbers only) in the Carrier Number field
  5. Click Save
DOT number must contain numbers only .
