Flex Solar Trackers - GPS Location Delay

Issue: Delay in GPS location of trailers or vehicles


Regarding occasional delays, this is a solar and battery-powered asset tracker, it tries to be efficient with connection retries.

When it's moving, with a normal battery level, it connects every 10 minutes but some of these 10-minute connection attempts may fail and it will move on to try again on the next 10-minute interval as such some of the time reports may end up being delayed 20-30 minutes.


If the device is stationary, the vehicle is not moving, under normal conditions, the devices should send logs every 4 hours. If the battery is low, the device can send logs every 24 hours.
