NOTE: The CAN Box Transceiver (A) needs to be installed near the G06 Unit (“H” in Diagram below).
‣ Connect the supplied Valor Wire Harness (B) to the CAN Box Transceiver (A).
‣ Connect the other end of the supplied Valor Wire Harness (B) to the GeoTab HRN-E1 Harness (“G” in Diagram below).
‣ The GeoTab HRN-E1 Harness (G) connects to the GeoTab HRN-CD9THD Harness (I). Connect (I) to the vehicle where indicated.
‣ The system communicates over the SAE J1939 vehicle bus.
‣ Mount the Antenna (D) close to the Reefer Unit and away from step and pinch points. Run the cable along existing wiring (use Zip Ties (F) to attach) through the kit plate and into the cab. Connect to CAN Box (A).
(D)
NOTE: Turn-on Sensors (C) prior to installation (back of unit). Sensors are active once turned-on.
‣ There is a Sensor (C) for each Zone, and each Sensor is assigned to a Zone. The Sensor for Zone One is marked as such (Zone 1), while the Sensor for Zone Two is unmarked. Each sensor has a unique identifier code which is pre-programmed into the Transceiver (A).
‣ Install the Sensors directly onto the Reefer Zones’ inside wall or ceiling using either the supplied Velcro (F) or with screws (not supplied).
‣ The Sensors wirelessly transmit data to the Transceiver (A) over RF 433.92
‣ Battery life: up to 5 years
