Historical data for new zones

In order to retrieve historical data in customer visits for recently created zones , Data Reprocessing is needed .

Steps

Once data is reprocessed , please follow the below steps: 

      1. Go to Zones & Messages

      2. Customer Visits 

      3. Select the vehicle

      4. Choose the Date period

      5. Toggle Include Historical data to Yes

      6. Apply changes
