How do I assign logs to correct driver when vehicle moved by co-driver?

  1. Select Activity >  HOS >  Duty Status Logs
  2. Enter the desired date
  3. Select Driver in the Driver drop-down and click Apply changes
  4. Click Duty Status Log that needs to be edited
    1. To move multiple logs
      1. Click the drop-down arrow () 
      2. Click Select Visible to move all logs or Click Select Individual to move specific logs
      3. Click Edited selected HOS Logs
      4. Click Replace With next to Driver
  5. Select Driver in HOS driver dropdown
  6. Add an annotation
  7. Click Save

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • This method can also be used to Replace Duty Status / Device / Co-Driver 
  • You cannot move any exemptions logs to another driver
