How to Assign Drivers to a Vehicle?

  1. Navigate to Vehicles 
  2. Select the desired vehicle
  3. Click View on Map
  4. Click on the vehicle on the map
  5. Click Assign Driver
  6. Select a driver from the drop-down list
  7. Select Yes or No for Default for this vehicle
    • Yes assigns the driver as the default for all future trips.
    • No assigns the driver to the vehicle for only the next trip.
  8. Click Apply Changes

ADDITIONAL NOTES

If a driver is assigned to a vehicle when the vehicle is turned on or moving, the driver will be assigned to a vehicle immediately. 

If a driver is assigned to a vehicle when the ignition is off and not moving, the driver will be assigned to the vehicle the next time vehicle is turned on or moving.
