Check messages sent by the driver

This article explains how to check messages sent by the driver.

Steps

      1. Login to Geotab Database

      2. Go to 'Zones & Messages'

      3. Select 'Messages'

      4. Go to the 'Users' tab 

      5. You can see the message sent by drivers and reply back from the chat window

You will need administrator access to view and send messages from MyGeotab database
