How to Remove Device from ZenduCam Traxx

Introduction:

This will guide you step by step procedure to remove the device from ZenduCam using the Traxx portal.

Procedure:

  1. Login to Traxx portal and go to Device Tab. ( Traxx Login Page )

    1. If the user has the access to Trax portal then only he can remove the devices. 
  2. Click on the Delete button which is showing in red color

  3. Now a New Pop will come to confirm if you want to remove the device or not.
