How to run Customer Visits Report?

PROCEDURE

  1. Select Zones and Messages > Customer Visits 
  2. Select vehicles desired 
  3. Go to the Options box
  4. Select Date Period
  5. Select desired Zone Types
  6. Click Apply Changes
  7. Click down arrow on Report button> Select Summary or Details
  8. Select Standard or Advanced to download the excel report or Click on the 3 dots > Download PDF to download the report as a PDF

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • If zones are not showing up on the report after selecting a specific zone type in the Options box, please ensure that the zones type get categorized correctly by navigating to Zones & Messages > Zones > select a desired zone to modify > click Save
