How to update APN in Tablets?

This documents provides step by step process for updating the APN in Tablets.

  1. In the home page, tap 5-10 time fast on the screen to unlock the tablet
    Use below password:  8889981122

  1. Push the back button twice to get out of the portal

 

 

 

  1. Upon exit the portal, you need to add the new APN, Go to SETTINGS

  1. Tap on Mobile network

Network & Internet ( or Mobile Networks)

  1. Have the Mobile Data and Roaming   as ON

  1. Push Access Point Names (In the Advance part)

  1. At this part, you need to add new ANP information, push + and add the information:
    NAME: 1nce
    APN: iot.1nce.net

  1. Save the new APN created.

  1. Make sure the correct APN is selected

  1. Turn off the WIFI and check if the SIM data is working

  1. Go to the main menu and choose  Hexnode For Work icon

  1. From the kiosk mode page (default user) and Activate
