Mygeotab - Enable or Disable User lockout feature
This article explains how to enable or disable 'User Lockout' Feature on MyGeotab.
Steps
1. Login to Mygeotab > Go to 'Administration'
2. Then click on 'System' > 'System Settings'
3. Go to 'User Account Policy' and scroll to the bottom
4. Select 'On' or 'Off' for 'Enable User Lockout' option to enable or disable the user lockout feature
5. Scroll to the top and click on Save to apply changes
If User lockout feature is enabled, it will lock out a user if they enter the incorrect password three times consecutively. If a user is locked out, they will have to contact their administrator or reseller to reset the password. Once the password is reset they can login again with new password however they will have to wait for another 30 mins.
