MyGeotab - Create/Add Zones

This article explains how to create/add zones in MyGeotab.

Steps

      1. Navigate to 'Zones & Messages' > 'Zones'


      2. Select 'Add' from the top of the page


      3. It will redirect you to the Map Page
      4. Pinpoint the starting points, along with the boundary and the end point for the zones


      5. Once you merge the starting point and ending point, it will redirect you to the 'Zones' page. Please define the Zone name, Groups, Comments


      6. Click on 'Map' to assign a specific color to Zones


      7. You can change the shape, Identify color and Transparency level from Maps Tab


      8. Hit on 'Save'


      9. You have successfully added the zone in your Database
