Reprocessing data on Mygeotab

MyGeotab - Reprocessing Data

This articles explains how to reprocess the data on MyGeotab. 

Introduction

Reprocessing will go back over previous trips and recalculate the data. It can often fix incorrect logs, reapply rules to Trips, and help our system to re-validate the data. 

Steps

      1. From the main menu, navigate to Rules & groups 
      2. Click on Rules 
       
      3. Select start date to reprocess the data
      4. Then Select vehicles (You can select multiple vehicles at the same time)
      5. Click Apply Changes 
       


Reprocessing data is an overnight process. It takes one night until the task is complete. If you want to reprocess more than 7 days worth of data and for more than one vehicle, the results may not be available until next day.
