MyGeotab - How to Submit a Ticket through your MyGeotab Database

This article explains how to submit a ticket through your MyGeotab Support Addin.


As you know, you can submit a ticket by sending an email to the appropriate address. However, you can also submit a ticket through your MyGeotab Database.

Steps

1. Once signed in, navigate to “Support Addin” in the menu on the left side of your screen



2. Under “Support Addin”, click on “Add Request”




3. Here you can select different options depending on what you need.

4. For support, you can click on either “Hardware Support” or “Software/App Support”.
5. You can even order additional hardware by clicking on "Hardware Order”, etc.
