Mygeotab - Request to change the name of the database

If a customer contacts us and request to change the name of Mygeotab database. Please request below mentioned information from the customer: 
  1. Name of the database
  2. New name customer would like to change it to
  3. Reason why they want to change the name of the database
  4. Written consent that they are fine if we change the name of their database
Once you get answers of the above mentioned questions from the customer, reach out to Geotab and provide them this information. 

Please Note: Once you submit the request to Geotab, the process takes upto 24 hours to complete.
