MyGeotab - Trips missing in IFTA report
This article explains how to fix the IFTA Report if there are missing recorded trips.
Steps
If the IFTA Report is missing recorded Trips :
1. Check the Trips History for the unit
- If Trips history is also missing then go to Audit Logs to see if the unit was removed or made historical .
2. If the unit was made historical , and added again as new unit it will show the records under old unit name .
- You can pull the historical data in IFTA Report , go to IFTA Report and toggle include archived data to yes . This will include the Trips recorded for the unit under previous name .
