Negative Odometer Reading
This usually happens when the device that was recently plugged into a new vehicle was previously plugged into a different vehicle and had an existing odometer and engine hours offset.
Please follow the below steps remove the offsets:
Navigate to the Bulk Edit Add-In on the database: Administration > Bulk Edit .
Steps
- Select Device on Asset
- Select Odometer offset (km) on Properties.
- Select your vehicle on the Manual changes tab and enter 0 on the Odometer offset (km) field.
- Click on Submit my changes.
