Public Maps - Sharing Map link with customers to check the operations

This article explains how to share map link with the customers to check the operations

Introduction

Customers can view location of the plows, set expiry dates for map links and share it with other users to check the status of the operations in real time

Steps

      1. Login to Mygeotab > Go to Public Maps/Zendu Maps

     

      2. Click on Map Builder 

     

      3. From the list of maps, select a map and click on the drop down icon on the right hand side

      4. Few options will appear, you can send the map link via email or phone

      5. Click on send link to email and enter email and click ok, the link be sent to customer's email

      6. Similarly, you can choose click send link to phone and the link will be sent to their registered phone number 

      7. There is also an option available to copy the map link
