            Device not licenced for use with the software

            Some of my devices are not licenced for use with the software.





            This is because the devices are on a API pro only plan. Which means we have to interact with it via the API. However, while viewing the devices on the database, they were reporting properly.

            In order to move the device onto the normal pro plan, you need to contact our account manager at Geotab, Matthew
