I can't open the drive app, When I tap it, it just sits loading, doesn't even make it to the login screen. And when I go to the play store to update/uninstall it, it won't let me, gives me a 910 error.
After some research, I discovered that this error is caused due to a corrupted cache. So, I had the client clear the cache and data for the google play store
After it was cleared, we were able to update the app, which solved the issue
