            I am not able to create a user, I get an error message "User already exists"
            I created a user and I am not able to see the user in the list of users

            The reason behind this issue is because the user was assigned a Global user Authentication Type. If the account was created by misstake with Global User Authentication Type, you will not be able to see this user in the list of users, and you will not be able to create another user with the same username. The solution to this is to contact Geotab support (1-877-960-2436) and make a request to have the user account deleted (with written permission from the database administrator). Once the user account has been deleted from the Global User Authentication Type, you will be able to create another user account with the same username (leaving it to the system default of Basic Authentication Type).
