            How to Troubleshoot your Geotab Device

            Common Reasons for Device offline: 

            1- Installation/Hardware
            • Loose Connection 
            • Faulty Go Device/Harness 
            • Low Vehicle Battery 
            • Insufficient power 
            2- Carrier: 
            • Outside Coverage area
            3- Other: 
            • Device Unplugged
            • Physical/water damage
