            Monthly plan change

            I would like to change my monthly subscription plan.

            In MyAdmin select the menu bar at the top left, then select the following: Device > Device Admin > All Accounts (GOFLO2) > Options (Serial # Filter) > Enter Geotab serial # > OK > Look up Devices > (select the checkbox to the left of the Geotab device) > Change Plan > (select device plan) > OK.

            Make sure that the desired changes are displayed in the pending request column.
