            User can't log in

            I have a user who can't log in, I verified that the password and username are correct

            This could be caused by the user being locked out of the system/database. There is a setting where you can configure the lockout. By default, it locks them out after 3 failed attempts for 30 minutes

            This can be found under Administration---> System--->System Settings---> User Account Policy and can be turned off if the client wishes so
