This knowledge base (KB) provides a comprehensive guide to troubleshoot and resolve issues when a camera appears to be offline. Whether you're dealing with cameras,these steps can help you identify and fix the problem.
Step 1. Power Cycle the Cameras:
- Unplug the power cable from each offline camera.
- Wait for at least 10 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back into each camera.
Step 2. Verify Network Configuration:
- Double-check the network configuration settings on the cameras.
- You can review the below troubleshooting steps and make sure the camera is configured correctly so that i can connect to our servers.
Step 3: Connectivity Troubleshooting.
- Once the device is shows connected and online, then follow one more steps by which we will check if all server settings are correct or not.
Step 4:
To check for server connectivity you need to download the Veyes App which is available on both IOS & Google Play.
Check if the device is powered on.
Do you see a red globe on the LED light?
Check if SIM is inserted.
If SIM is not present, then insert the SIM and Repower the camera.
Wait for Green Power and Green WIFI for ADAS/LITE or red for ADP?
Connect to Wi-Fi. (Ensure connected to camera 003F or 00D2 or 00710).
Launch Veyes application.
See you are connected to the camera.
Enter the username: admin
Enter the password: admin
Click on the Preferences option.
Click on Basic.
Click on Network.
